A complex hybrid event
In complex setups, we open up all of the registers in terms of possibilities. The production side is more heavy-duty, with more video, more audio, more presentations and more speakers from a whole range of locations worldwide.
A live poll and Q&A can also be incorporated into the event. And everything is coordinated by a (web) presenter.
Everything is done with live editing, featuring multi-view streaming to a range of different channels, all at the same time.
Example: The general meetings of a global organisation, with panel discussions, presentations and multiple speakers from a range of locations worldwide. Included are elections of candidates, voting sessions about proposals and the ability for the audience to ask questions.
Live press conference by the Flemish Government, with sign language, broadcast on national television and on YouTube.
A business announcement by company management, taking place from the head office and watched by the whole staff at the various subsidiaries and at the same time.
The principle is simple: a hybrid meeting refers to the physical location of the participants.
